I enjoy the fast paced life. My wife Brenda and I have 5 grown children and 16 grandkids. With a crew like that you better be ready for an active lifestyle. Having always enjoyed an active lifestyle, both my personal life and career are right on track.
I grew up in Springfield, MO and my parents still reside there. I was active in a large youth group at church and scouts as well. After high school I attended SMS which is now named Missouri State University. In search of adventure I joined the United States Air Force and spent nearly 4 ½ years on active duty during the early Vietnam era.

Fast cars and show cars have always been a passion and still are to a degree. I was involved in drag racing for several years, owning my own car which I also showed, to driving a drag car for a friend for several seasons. Now, I just watch the races on TV except for Kansas Speedway which we attend every year.
For a recent birthday Brenda and the kids purchased a Richard Petty driving experience for me. What a thrill it was. It rekindled the fire and now I want to do it again. Oh well....... We have also visited tracks at Talladega, AL and Richmond, VA.
My career has been fast paced also. Being in management with a national chain of department stores for several years required me to travel to various cities sitting up and opening new stores. I ended up in the Kansas City area and decided it was time to put down some roots. More recently I was employed in Spring Hill, KS with AFG Industries. Two days after the attack on New York City I was involved in a life changing auto accident. After two back surgeries I was unable to continue with AFG. After sitting for a year I think I have found my calling in Real Estate. |
Anyone familiar with Real Estate knows how hectic it can get and this is really to my liking. Meeting new people, odd hours and seeing homes, means that a realtor has to be able to keep up to provide top service to clients. This is me, Dennis Russell a realtor that never stops working for you.
In addition to Real Estate, family, hobbies and racing, I am also an active member of Spring Hill Baptist Church where I am on the board of trustees, the Lions Club of Spring Hill, and play in a weekly billiards league. I enjoy meeting people wherever I go and can truthfully say, I've never met a stranger.
Don't be surprised if my driven lifestyle makes a positive impression when I go to work finding you a new home or selling your current home. |

“Racing has long been my hobby but my focus is on helping you sell and buy the home of your dreams.” | |

When it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home, we put our trust and faith in Dennis Russell of Reece and Nichols. Every step of the way Dennis was organized, thorough, and personable. He offered us an objective viewpoint on each house we toured, which in turn really helped us with our decisions. Dennis answered all our questions in a timely manner was always expedient in returning our calls, searching for properties, and setting up tours. Whatever we needed Dennis was there to help us. We feel like we have made a friend in Dennis. Now that we are nearing the close of our home buying process, we are sure we will miss seeing and talking with him. We absolutely recommend Dennis to anybody looking to buy or sell a home!
Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Leslie Scott Spring Hill, Kansas
